The technical parameters of copper alloy materials mainly include chemical composition, mechanical properties and physical properties. The following are the technical parameters of several common copper alloys:

H63 brass alloy
H63 brass is mainly composed of copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn), with the copper content ranging from 62.0% to 65.0%, and zinc as the balance. In addition, it also contains a small amount of nickel (Ni), iron (Fe), lead (Pb) and other elements, as well as trace amounts of phosphorus (P), antimony (Sb) and other impurities. The tensile strength of H63 brass usually reaches or exceeds 370MPa, and the elongation is not less than 15%. It has good plasticity and ductility and is suitable for manufacturing various fasteners and stress-bearing parts.

ZCuPb20Sn5 copper alloy
The main components of ZCuPb20Sn5 copper alloy include copper (Cu), tin (Sn), lead (Pb), etc. In its chemical composition, the tin content is 4.0-6.0%, and the lead content is 18.0-23.0%. The alloy has high sliding and self-lubricating properties and is suitable for bearings with high sliding speeds and corrosion-resistant parts. Its mechanical properties include tensile strength ≥180MPa, yield strength ≥80MPa, elongation ≥7%, and hardness ≥55HBW.

H96 copper alloy
H96 copper alloy is a common brass with high electrical and thermal conductivity and good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere and fresh water. Its tensile strength ≥320MPa and elongation ≥3% are suitable for various pressure processing and welding.
